E-Learning Centre Strategizes for its operations at the Faculty and other non-teaching units of the University
The E-Learning Centre for the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology runs on the shoulders of several team members. Amongst these teams are the members of the service support team who are responsible, amongst other things, for improving both lecturers and students' experience as far as E-Learning is concerned.
Each member of the Service Support Team has been assigned to one of the six traditional colleges of the University to oversee its e-learning activities as well as provide support.
On the 12th of April, the service support team met with the Director of the Centre, Prof. Eric Appau Asante, to deliberate on and evaluate their operational activities at the colleges.
In closing the meeting, the Director tasked all college reps to prepare KPIs on how they can strategize to improve their activities in their various colleges. The KPIs will help the management of the Centre to track and record the major activities undertaken at the college level to inform its strategies for service delivery at that level.
