KEC's First Staff Retreat: E-Learning Centre Forges Paths to Excellence through Digital Innovation!"

In a groundbreaking four-day spectacle, the KNUST E-Learning Centre hosted a transformative retreat that laid the foundation for a digital evolution in education. From December 9th to 12th, the retreat unfolded at the Nyansapo Eco-Resort, serving as a melting pot of ideas, innovation, and strategic planning.

Under the visionary theme "Forging Excellence in E-Learning through Digital Pathways," the retreat witnessed an assembly of brilliant minds committed to reshaping the future of education. Led by the Director Prof. Eric Appau Asante and attended by the entire E-Learning team, this gathering exemplified a unified dedication to pushing the boundaries of digital learning.

The spotlight shone on the second day, where the Center's roadmap for the next four years was meticulously crafted. Unit by unit, the teams presented ingenious strategies, converging into a cohesive, forward-looking strategic plan that promises to elevate the E-Learning experience at KNUST.

But that wasn't all! The team set their sights on the future academic year, aligning their initiatives with the University's calendar to synchronize support for students and faculty seamlessly. With eyes set on innovation, the Centre unveiled a game-changing Standard Operating Procedure framework, outlining guidelines for online programs, research, training, and more.

While the retreat was marked by intense planning, it wasn't all work and no play! A detour to Kakum National Park provided a refreshing interlude, fostering team camaraderie and inspiration amidst nature's splendor. The Director expressed immense gratitude to the Vice-Chancellor and University Management for their unwavering support in this digital odyssey. He explained that the retreat's success is attributed to their visionary leadership, steering KNUST towards a digitally advanced educational frontier.
