KNUST E-Learning week Celebration 2023 DAY 3

On Wednesday, July 26, 2023, the 3rd day of the KNUST E-Learning Week Celebration continued to inspire and empower participants with a special capacity-building session tailored for Senior High School (SHS) students. The session's theme, "Tech-Integrated High School Learning: A Path to Excellence", aimed to introduce the students to the power of technology in enhancing their educational journey. Mr. Samuel Selorm Avotri, a resource person from the E-Learning Center, expertly facilitated the session.

The capacity-building session saw the enthusiastic participation of SHS students from various schools in the metropolis. They were eager to explore how technology could augment their learning experiences and open doors to excellence. To ensure a more personalized and engaging interaction, the students were divided into smaller groups and engaged with student mentors from KNUST. These mentors, with their expertise and understanding of both high school and university education, guided the SHS students in interactive conversations centered around the session's theme.

The highlight of the day was the students' opportunity to partake in the Online Learning Festival. They visited the exhibition stands, where they were exposed to cutting-edge educational technologies, tools, and resources. Engaging with the knowledgeable staff from the E-Learning Center further enriched their understanding of the potential of technology in education. In addition to the exhibitions, the students enthusiastically participated in the gaming booths, where they experienced the fun and educational side of gamified learning.
