KEC holds Financial Literacy Professional Training for Staff
The KNUST E-Learning Centre held a financial literacy professional training to equip its team members to handle financial challenges, make informed decisions and achieve financial stability and security

The training was facilitated by the Accountant of the E-Learning Centre, Elizabeth Adu-Poku,

Participants were taken through principles of financial planning, cultivating the right mindset towards finances, and essential financial intelligence strategies.

Team members were assisted in crafting financial plans, setting financial goals, establishing emergency funds, and prioritizing retirement savings.
Elizabeth Adu-Poku cautioned against falling to victims to investment scams promising higher returns.
She left team members with a reminder from Benjamin Franklin: "Beware of little expenses; a small leak will sink a great ship."

Head of Training and Research, at the E-Learning Centre, Anthony Kangah, expressed gratitude for the enriching experience affirming the Centre's commitment to subsequent professional development trainings.
