"Based on data and metrics, we knew the type of content to create. We've stayed true to our entertainment focus because once you sway, people start questioning your brand identity." Sheldon emphasized the importance of understanding one's audience and making data-driven decisions. "Make sure whatever you are giving your audience has value.

Leverage every platform to optimize your social currency. Understand the platform dynamics—what works on Facebook might not work on Twitter."

He also took a tour of the E-Learning Centre's newly built studios, praising the initiative for providing students with state-of-the-art facilities to create content. "You should not turn a blind eye to this. This is something students should be part of. Go out there and explore the spaces. They bought the equipment for you."
